My favia coral however, went from vibrant and thriving to suddenly turning brown. I had a lot go on in that time… new wave maker that I was fine tuning placement, treating Cyo-Control for a relentless Cyano outbreak… any ideas why it might have suddenly lost its color?

Zoas can be picky with light, flow and nutrients. IME most tend to prefer a little "dirtier" water. Lighting and flow can be different for each one. They're also susceptible to a few hitchhiker predators like spiders, snails,stars etc. I've even seen bigger ap...
