Follow up to last question. I have a kleins butterfly in the 55, seems small for him but he’s been there for about two months and seems happy. I wasn’t aware that butterflies love to nip at corals. I currently have no corals in the tank, but want to add them soon once the parameters are where I’m comfortable with. What are some corals that would go well in the 55 without the Klein potentially nipping at them. I really like soft corals, but I’m unsure with the butterfly. What are some recommendations?
I’ve been running this Hygger for a few months and I have no complaints at all! My LPS seem to do really well under it as well as softies I will say I tried SPS and it didn’t do as well so there’s that.
Now just need some suggestions for fish (I have 1 Bangaii Cardinal)

Klein’s can be tricky with softies since they often nip at the polyps. I’ve had luck with tougher soft corals like leather corals or some mushrooms since they’re less tempting to nip. Feeding your butterfly well definitely helps reduce nipping too. What kind o...
