I found this well camouflage crab in my xenia, what is this crab and is this safe for my frogfish?

Need some help.. my tank has been completely overrun by algae.. not sure what I need to do. My fish seem fine, but the tank looks atrocious. Any tips on what I need to do? I can’t tell if this is cyano or dino’s.. ordered a microscope to try and identify what this is to take the appropriate steps. Any tips?
