Little update on how the new 75g is doing! Toadstool finally stood up and opened, one of the mushrooms is “dropping” its foot from a rock it was holding onto. Any idea what the black dots are on my Pocillopora ?

Well, I thought I was doing alright and I came back from camping a bit early to find my hammer isn’t doing as well as I thought.

We got it June 12 and I only just glued it on the 4th of July.

We moved it a couple times staying within the lower third and found that it looked fullest when it was where we placed it.

Well today, its polyps are way retracted and skeleton is in full view…don’t recall nor have a picture from the 10th when I did tank work.

I worked on getting the alk from a suspected bad batch of salt and got it up from low 6 up to 8.5 over the course of 2 weeks or so. We left for 3 days and it was 8.5 when we left and still at 8 when I tested today.

Slow dosing back to 8.5 to see if she’s grumpy.
