¡El nano reef AIO de 80L ya terminó su ciclado y está listo para arrancar! En la última semana agregamos la alfombrilla manual del filtro roller y el Jebao DLW-5 Wavemaker para ayudar a sacar ese detrito por medio del roller mat y el skimmer. También solo hemos estado quitando el polvo de la rocalla diariamente para ayudar a aflojarlo.
Parámetros, nuestro amoníaco y nitrito han estado en cero por 2 semanas ya, nuestra alcalinidad está en 7.3, el nitrato está estable en 10ppm, y el calcio está un poco más bajo en 370, lo cual está bien para un acuario sin fauna.
Ahora el plan es hacer un cambio de agua de 20-25%, seguir aflojando el detrito de las rocas y sacarlo con el skimmer. Dosis de copépodos y fitoplancton que cultivamos nosotros mismos, ¡y ojalá agregar una pareja de clowns en la próxima semana más o menos! 🐠🪸
The 80L AIO Nano reef is cycled and ready to go! In the last week we added in the manual filter roller mat and the Jebao DLW-5 Wavemaker to help move that detritus out through the roller mat and skimmer. We have been just dusting off the rock work daily to help loosen it up as well.
Parameters, Our Ammonia and Nitrite has been at zero for 2 weeks now, our alkalinity is sitting at 7.3, the nitrate is sitting steady at 10ppm, and calcium is sitting a little lower at 370 which is fine for a no livestock tank.
The plan now is for a 20-25% water change, keep loosening the detritus from the rock and skimming it out. Dosing copepods and phytoplankton that we culture ourselves, and hopefully add in a pair of clowns in the next week or so! 🐠🪸
