Agregué el AutoAqua stirrer, los organizadores+secador para Hanna y Salifert. Un cambio total para el día de pruebas. Ya no tengo que cargar todo poco a poco, andar buscando reactivos y, en general, se redujo mucho el desorden. El stirrer hace que Salifert sea súper simple para determinar los cambios de color. Ya no ando rascándome la cabeza y dándome palmadas en la panza preguntándome si esas 3 gotas extra fueron demasiadas. Titulación mucho más controlada. La consistencia en Hanna también mejoró. Ya no hay que agitar los viales preguntándome si está completamente mezclado. Probablemente me ha ahorrado 15-20 minutos en los días de pruebas. Casi todo manos libres, organizado, y hizo que revisar parámetros sea mucho más relajado. 10/10 lo volvería a comprar 🤌

Added the AutoAqua stirrer, the Hanna and Salifert organizers+dry rack. Complete game changer on test day. No more toting everything around a little at a time, digging for reagents, and just minimized overall clutter. The stirrer makes Salifert extremely simple to determine color changes. No more rubbing my head and patting my belly wondering if those 3 extra drops were too many. Much more controlled titration. Consistency in Hanna has improved as well. No more shaking the vials wondering if it’s completely mixed. Has shaved probably 15-20 minutes off testing days. Mostly hands free, organized, and made parameter testing much more relaxing. 10/10 would buy again 🤌

¡Qué buen setup! Muy organizado. ¿Puedo preguntar dónde compraste el AutoAqua Stirrer? He estado tratando de encontrar uno. Amazon ya los tiene por $60 y Bulk Reef Supply actualmente está agotado y los venden por la mitad del precio. Parece que es difícil encontrarlos a un precio decente.

Slick setup! Very organized. May I ask where you purchased the AutoAqua Stirrer? I've been trying to find one. Amazon has them now for $60 and Bulk Reef Supply is out of stock currently and selling them for half the price. Seems there hard to find at a decent price point.

Creo que en amazon. Mi esposa me lo regaló. La razón por la que dudaba era la misma que la tuya, ese aparatito estaba caro. Pero, la verdad, me alegra que me lo haya regalado. Me ha ahorrado mucho tiempo. Además parece aguantar bastante bien la carga. Hago pruebas dos veces por semana y solo lo he tenido que conectar dos veces en el último mes. Y eso solo porque yo quise, no porque se haya descargado. Definitivamente no es un gadget barato, pero si haces pruebas con frecuencia, para mí sí vale la pena.

I believe amazon. Wife got it for me as a gift. The reason I was hesitant was same as you, that little thing was costly. But, I’m glad she got it, tbh. It has saved a lot of time. Seems to hold a pretty good charge as well. I test twice weekly and have only had to plug it in twice in the last month. And that’s only because I wanted to, not because it died. It’s definitely not a cheap little gadget, but if you test frequently, to me, it’s well worth the money.

Thanks for letting me know - much appreciated. I'm glad to hear it's worth it. I'm going to go ahead and get one too. It's too difficult trying to dispense a single drop while swirling the test vial to ensure an accurate test, lol.

Totalmente. Con el salifert, fue una gran mejora. Pasé de “¿mi calcio está en 420 o 460?” a “sin duda está en 440” y es lo mismo con mag y dkh. Solo eso me hizo desear haberlo comprado antes.

Absolutely. With the salifert, it was a huge improvement. Went from “is my calcium 420 or 460?” to “it is without a doubt 440” and it’s the same with mag and dkh. That alone made me wish I had bought it sooner.

100% seguro. He estado agitando viales por casi un año. Le agregué este aparatito y ha sido una experiencia que me cambió la vida. Básicamente pagué para eliminar el error humano y agregar consistencia. Las lecturas ya tampoco han estado tan locas. Le quitó por completo las conjeturas.

For sure 100%. I’ve been shaking vials for almost a year. Added this little thing and it has been a life changing experience. Really just paid to remove human error and add consistency. Readings haven’t been all over the place anymore either. Took the guesswork right out of it.
