¡Se ve increíble! Esa gorgonia roja es en serio el punto focal. Me encanta cómo las mushrooms se están expandiendo en la arena y subiendo por las rocas. Blastomussa y lo que parece favia se ven bastante felices desde aquí. Las algas son un verdadero dolor en nanos. Juro que si algo se desacomoda tantito, se nota rapidísimo. ¿Estás metiéndole flujo extra o raspando a mano? Me doy cuenta con mi acuario chiquito que hasta un poquito más de comida desbalancea todo. ¿Las babosas/ caracoles te han ayudado en algo? Algunos de mis corales se retraen cuando las cosas se mueven aunque sea un poquito. ¿Te pasa después de cambios de agua o solo...
Looking awesome! That red gorgonian is seriously the centerpiece. Love how the mushrooms are spreading on the sand and up the rocks. Blastomussa and what looks like favia are looking pretty happy from here. Algae is such a pain in nanos. I swear if something gets a little out of whack it shows up so fast. Are you running extra flow or scrubbing by hand? I notice with my small tank that even a little extra feeding puts things out of balance. Have your snails been helping at all? Totalmente, las gorgs pueden ser bien quisquillosas. Esa necesidad de poca luz es difícil en un reef mezclado, ¡sobre todo!
Totally get that, gorgs can be so picky. That low light need is tough in a mixed reef, especially!
Se me pasó contestar tu pregunta sobre el alga. Acabo de salir de una buena cantidad de ciano verde, ciano rojo y dino. Todavía hay algo de dino en la arena y hacia la parte de atrás del acuario. He encontrado que el flujo alto ayuda muchísimo. Siempre me ha costado mantener mis nutrientes arriba, pero en mi experiencia, buenos parámetros y paciencia siempre arreglan el problema, al menos con el alga.
Forgot to address your question about the algae. I just got over a ton of green cyano, red cyano, and dino. There's still some dino on the sand and towards the back of the tank. I've found high flow to help a lot. I've always had trouble keeping my nutrients up, but ime good parameters and patience always fix the problem, for algae at least.

La gorgonia se ve bien, pero vaya que es un dolor. Apenas está aguantando ahorita. Este tipo de gorgonia no fotosintética es extremadamente difícil de cuidar. No la recomiendo. La tuve en un tanque de retención, pero ahí tampoco iba bien. Apenas estoy armando un acuario más especializado.
The gorg looks nice but boy is it a pain. Its barely hanging on at the moment. This type of non photosynthetic gorg is extremely hard to care for. I dont recommend it. I had it in a holding tank, but it wasn't doing well in there either, Im currently setting up a more specialized tank.
