Reef2reef has a lot of long time hobbyist that can help you with this, there is definitely some pluses to reefbay but for advice I would go to reef2reef. Jay is an aquarium veterinarian he will let you know what to do.

¿Pez globo? ¿No es esto un góbido vigilante? Puedes intentar medicamentos pero eso es más difícil cuando tratas todo el acuario. ¿Puedes moverlo a un acuario de aislamiento?
Puffer? Isn't this a watchman goby? You can try medications but thats harder when you treat the whole display tank. Can he be moved to an isolation tank?

¡Claro! Intenté alimentarlo ayer y tomó un trocito pequeño pero luego nada. Voy a probar otra vez hoy mientras esté en la caja para ver si eso ayuda. Durante el día parece estar bien, es más tarde por la noche cuando su cuerpo falla de nuevo
Alright! I tried to feed yesterday and he took one little piece but then nothing. I’m going to give him another shot today while in the box to see if that helps. During the day he seems okay, it’s later at night that his body gives out again

1. No muy bien hoy. No come, está mudando aún más piel, casi sin vida. Iba a coger un acuario de 5 galones pero creo que eso definitivamente lo mataría. 2. La verdad no estoy seguro, quizá esté pensando en vender tanto el damisela punteado como el pez jabalí ya que ambos parecen ser de los agresivos. Solo que no sé cómo
1. Not good today. Won’t eat, shedding even more skin, almost lifeless. I was going to get a little 5 gallon but I think that will definitely kill him. 2. Not sure tbh, might look at selling both the dotty back and hogfish since they both seem on the aggressive side. Just don’t know how

Odio decirlo pero parece que está listo para irse. Si no puede nadar, no puede comer, es solo cuestión de tiempo. Podría ser más humanitario dormirlo. Pero no soy veterinario y odio dar malas noticias a la gente.
I hate to say it but he looks like he's ready to move on. If he can't swim, can't eat its only a matter of time. Might be more humane to put him under. But im no vet and I hate giving people bad news.

Necesita una caja más grande y no hay flujo ahí. Pon una caja de aislamiento más grande e incluso añade una piedra de aire porque no hay circulación lo que significa muy poco oxígeno.
He needs a bigger box and there’s no flow in there. Put in a bigger isolation box and maybe even add an air stone because there’s no circulation which means very low oxygen.

Con suficiente cuidado y alimentación directa en su propia caja segura, quizá las aletas se curen. El daño de aletas no es permanente, pero esto se ve bastante grave. Te deseo lo mejor sanando tu pez. Yo lo aislaría y me aseguraría de que esté alimentado, y buscaría quizá algún medicamento para lesiones de peces por si esto fue un ataque reciente. Nos mantienes al tanto
Oh no! He looks like his fins are all shredded- perhaps too much flow if he’s stuck in the overflow? Or aggression from another tank mate? With enough care and direct feeding in his own safe box- maybe the fins can heal. Fin damage isn’t permanent, but this looks pretty serious. I wish you the best in healing your fish. I’d isolate it and make sure it’s fed, and look for maybe some medicine for fish injuries in case this was a recent attack. Keep us updated
