Description
The Foxface Rabbitfish is a unique and popular saltwater fish known for its striking yellow and black body and elongated snout. It has a pair of venomous spines on the top of its body, which it uses for defense against predators. This species is generally peaceful, but can be territorial with its own kind.

Yes, but with caution. While this fish is generally safe for reef tanks, it may nip at some types of soft coral and invertebrates.
Environment
The Foxface Rabbitfish requires a tank with plenty of swimming space and hiding spots. It prefers a brightly lit tank with a moderate to strong current.
Behavior
This fish is generally peaceful and can coexist with a variety of other fish. However, it can be territorial with others of its own kind. It tends to be active during the day and will often hide among the rocks at night.

Of all of my fish my Foxface Rabbitfish is probably the most skittish, which is funny because he’s also one of the biggest fish. They have a super unique body structure and stunning colors. I’m hoping when I upgrade to a bigger tank he’ll feel more comfortable being out in the open.

The foxface is my favorite fish of all time. Try peaceful and love to swim. Mine is a shy little guy. They love to eat nori and algae. Mine rarely picks for algae unlike my other tangs. They are venomous and will throw there spikes up when scared.

A great algea eater good community fish. Loves to swim and will change color when in threat. Is poisonous. Fox Face needs more attention as it can easily hide and stress out. Qt process is straight forward. The addition of the fox face brings more color to the tank and plays a role with algea control!

The FoxFace Rabbitfish I believe is a great fish for all experienced reef keepers not only do they help control algae they are beautiful and have incredible personalities the only negative I would say is they are venomous so be cautious around touching

I really enjoy the bright yellow appearance of the foxface. This fish can be fairly skittish and get spooked easily. This is a great fish for algae control.
