アドバイスをお願いします。画質がひどくてすみません。うちのカクレクマノミの背びれのあたりに、茶色っぽい／ピンクっぽい斑点が出てきました。文字通りその個体は自分のnemに夢中なんですが、ただの刺された跡ってことはありえますか？治療したほうがいいですか？その場合、何をすればいいですか？nemを取り出すべきでしょうか、それともこのまま何もしないほうがいいですか？
Looking for advice, sorry the quality is terrible. My clown developed these brown-ish/pink-ish spots around his dorsal fin, he is literally obsessed with his nem so is it possible they're just sting spots? Should I do something to treat them? If so what? Should I take the nem out or just leave everything alone?

悪化してるのか、ただ色が濃くなり始めてるだけなのか分からないんだけど、なんかあざみたいな感じで、もう心配したほうがいいかな？ 🤔
I dont know if they're getting worse or just starting to darken, kind of like bruises, should I be concerned yet? 🤔
