Any recommendations on Nivrew navareef 135 light settings? I have 2 on my 65 gallon tank.

そのライト2個あればフラグとマメスナに十分なPARが出ますよ！ブルーとホワイトのチャンネルをいろいろ混ぜて試してみて、ポリプにストレスを与えずにいい色を引き出せたらいいんじゃないかな。
Two of those lights should give you plenty of PAR for your frags and zoas! I’d play with a mix of blue and white channels to get some nice color pop without stressing the polyps.
