助けてください。グラマーが白点病かもしれません。背びれと頭に薄いスポットが出てきているのが見えます。どうしたらいいですか？

Those white little dots on the tailfin are normal my gramma used to have those too. From this pic I don’t see any on the body of your fish. Just keep an eye on it
