Vale. Creo que la preocupación sería que Red Sea tiene tanta mala fama por fallos en acuarios, que a veces no recibe crédito por su equipo y por eso estaba muy dividido, pero este dosificador me lo recomendaron y sinceramente, creo que es increíble. Es fácil de cambiar, pero sí hace ruido mi mujer siempre dice "oh está dosificando". Entonces como no tengo nada para comparar solo me preguntaba si el mío es ruidoso comparado con otra marca.
Gotcha. I think concern would be Red Sea gets such a rap for tank failures, that sometimes they don’t get credit for their gear and because of that I was very conflicted, but this doser was referred to me and truthfully, I think it’s awesome. It’s easy to change, but it does make noise my wife always says “oh it’s dosing”. So being as I don’t have anything to compare it against I just wondered if mine is loud versus another brand.

La mayoría de razones es que la gente no nivela el acuario o no pone soporte bajo las vigas así que con el tiempo todo ese peso se desplaza un poco y eso es todo. Hice mucha investigación antes de comprar un acuario ya que tengo unos 30k en él. Cuando éste se vaya eventualmente compraré otro Red Sea plug and play de nuevo. Vienen con todo lo que necesitas menos un UV y los dosificadores. Ahora incluso dan el reefmat
Most reasons are people don’t level the tank or put support under the beams so over time all that weight shifts a little and there you go. I did a lot of research before buying a tank since I have about 30k in it. When this one ever goes I will get another Red Sea plug and play again. They come with everything you need but a UV and the dosers. Now they even give the reefmat

Esto es de un amigo mío cuyo acuario falló esta mañana. Su 3º de 5 fallos de acuarios Red Sea. Qué irónico que estemos hablando de ello y luego pase esto. Le ofrecieron un 20% de descuento en un G2.
This is from a friend of mine whose tank failed this morning. His 3rd of 5 Red Sea tank fails. How ironic that we’re talking about it, and then this happens. They offered him 20% off a G2.

No puedo responder a eso. Todo lo que sé es que el mío ha estado bien y otra gente que conozco no ha tenido problemas excepto 1 y eso fue porque no estaba nivelado bien y se rompió el frontal. Dile que pruebe la gen 3 o 1 y 20% no suena correcto. ¿Cuántos años tiene su acuario?
I can’t reply to that. All I know is mine has been fine and other people I know have not had issues but 1 and that was because it was not leveled good and the front blew out. Tell him try the gen 3 or 1 and 20% don’t sound right. How old is his tank

Si estoy pagando 10k en un acuario voy a pagar los 199 dólares extra y conseguir una garantía de 5 años con reemplazos al 100%

Dile a tu amigo que necesita pensar 🤔 aunque es una lata y podrías perder fauna viva vale la pena y si está en EE.UU. si se registró debería haber conseguido 5 años si compró el acuario en los últimos 3 años porque estaban dando 5 años gratis por el problema del sellador
Tell your friend he needs to think 🤔 though it’s a pain in the ass and could lose live stock its worth it and if he is in the US if he registered he should of got 5 yrs if he brought the tank in the past 3 yrs because they was giving it free because of the sealant issue

Ahora si no te registras entonces solo consigues 3 años. Siempre registra cualquier equipo de arrecife y siempre compra la garantía extra si estás comprando equipo de la mejor categoría. Vale la pena el no problema si se agota o pasa algo. Si no te gusta Red Sea bomba Sicce respalda sus productos. AI no realmente se escapan de cualquier problema pasados 30 días Reef Octopus respalda sus productos y Red Sea y Eco Tech
Now if you don’t register it then all you get is 3 years. Always register any reefing equipment and always buy the extra warranty if you are buying top shelf equipment. It’s worth the no hassle if it goes out or something happens. If you don’t like Red Sea pump sicce stands on their products. AI not really they wiggle out of any issue over 30 days reef octopus stands on their products and Red Sea and eco tech

Es curioso que mi último acuario fue hace 21 años. No estaba al día con todos estos acuarios sin marco. Compré lo que tenía entonces, ahora. Tiene un marco y una barra central que ojalá no tuviera. Me encantaría añadir una tercera luz, pero añadir una tercera luz solo crearía un problema de sombras si la centrara en el acuario. Además el acuario tiene solo 18 pulgadas de profundidad y añadir una AI blade, o incluso una tira Reef Bright haría que fuera demasiado difícil poder darle mantenimiento al acuario así que he comprado un soporte RMS para poder añadir dos XR 15 G6 Pro más. Pero no estoy totalmente seguro de si quiero cultivar Acroporas
It’s funny my last tank was 21 years ago. I wasn’t up to speed on all these rimless tanks. I bought what I had then, now. It has a frame and a center brace which I wish it didn’t have a center brace. I would love to add a third light, but adding a third light would just create a shadow issue if I centered it on the tank. Plus the tank is only 18 inches front to back and adding an AI blade, or even Reef Bright strip would make it too difficult to be able to service the tank so I’ve bought a RMS mounting bracket so that I can add two more XR 15 G6 Pro’s. But I’m not totally sure I want to grow Acropora’s

Dice que no es una G2. El acuario puede tener tres años en su poder, pero quizás no tres años desde la fecha de fabricación. Seguro que me entero de toda la historia cuando tenga tiempo.
He says it’s not a G2. The tank may be three years old in his possession, but maybe not three years old from the date of manufacture. I’m sure I’ll get the whole story when he has time.

Puedes cortar el centro de la parte superior. Es solo para sostener las luces de plástico que encajan en él. Realmente no estoy muy metido en spa aunque tengo las luces para ello. Esperaré unos años más y voy a actualizar a un 625 725 y ese será mi último acuario. He hecho diferentes acapados en estantería todo alejado de la pared de atrás pero el último los centraré y saldré de ahí. Espero que hagan el cristal trasero plano en lugar de la caja de desbordante para que los gyres funcionen correctamente
You can cut the center out of the top. It is just to hold the plastic lights that fit it. I’m not really into spa though I have the lights for it. Waiting a few more years and I’m going to upgrade to a 625 725 and that will be my last tank. I have done different rack scapes all off the back wall but last 1 I will center them and go from there. I’m hoping they will make the glass flat in the back instead of the box over flow so gyre’s will run right

Bueno, mi tonto yo tenía un reactor en mi panel de control y por supuesto se rompió una manguera y frió todo mi equipo. Conozco gente en Sicce y Reef Octopus y AI así que conseguí todo mi equipo barato e intenté sus productos. Pero si no fuera por los descuentos que conseguí, sería Red Sea todo el camino
Well my dumb ass had a reactor in my control panel and of course it blew a hose and fried all my gear. I know some people at sicce and reef octopus and AI so I got all my gear cheap so tried their products. But if not for the deals I got I would of Red Sea all the way
