リーファーの皆さんへ。初めての水槽なんですが、ヘアーアルガか ダイノスの問題が発生してるみたいです。誰かアドバイスありませんか？
Hello reefers. This is my first tank and I seem to be having a problem with hair algae or Dino’s. Does anyone have suggestions?

硝酸塩とリン酸塩を見てみる必要があります。どちらかがゼロになってるとアルガとダイノスが発生することがあります
We need to see nitrates and phosphates. Algae and Dino’s can show up if either are bottomed out

硝酸塩をテストしたら 0 でした。リン酸塩はテストキット持ってないです
I just tested Nitrates and they are showing 0. I don’t have a phosphate test atm

硝酸塩をゼロで走らせてるとほぼ毎回ダイノスが出ますね。ライトを消してダイノスが砂から出ていって、ライトが戻ると砂に戻ってくるなら確実にダイノスです。 シオ硝酸カリウムをドーズすることもできますが、魚を入れてエサをいっぱいやるのをおすすめします。でも同時にリン酸塩のレベルも上げるようにしないといけません。 2～3日ブラックアウトもできますが、その間、水槽の他の生き物が怒っちゃいます。
Running nitrates at zero leads to dinos nearly every time. If you turn your lights off and the dinos appear to leave the sand bed, and come back when the lights turn back on that indicates it’s definitely dinos. You can dose sodium nitrate or potassium nitrate, but I’d recommend getting fish and feeding heavier. But you’ll also have to make sure you are raising your phosphate levels at the same time. You can do a black out for 2-3 days as well but this will piss of the rest of the tank.

そうですね。スキマーをオフにして長い間つけときます。溶存有機物を水から取り除いて、それをバクテリアが有益な硝酸塩に硝化するので。 3月からずっと 10 ガロン水槽を 6ヶ月運用していてスキマーは一度も使ってなくて好調です。ダイノスとか一度も経験してないです。水槽をけっこう汚めに運用して、硝酸塩を 10 以上、リン酸塩を 0.1 ppm に保つようにしてます。これでホビーの厄介者のほとんどが防げます。
Yes, I would leave the skimmer off and for a long time too. It cleans the dissolved organic compounds from the water and that’s what bacteria nitrify into beneficial nitrates. I have a 6 month 10 gallon tank since March I haven’t run a skimmer in and it’s doing well having never dealt with dino. I run my tank pretty dirty, aiming to keep nitrates above 10 and phosphates at .1 ppm. This will prevent most of the uglies in the hobby.

硝酸塩がゼロなのはちょっと変ですね。硝酸塩をドーズして 5～15 ppm の間に持っていこうとしたら、コペポッドがダイノス退治してくれますよ。
It’s a bit odd for your nitrates to be at 0. You could try dosing nitrates to get them between 5-15 ppm and copepods will wipe out dinos.

ありがとう。12 時間つけてたんですけど 8 時間に変えようと思います。

スキマーをオフにして硝酸塩を上げるのはいいアドバイスですね。コペポッド追加するのもダイノス対策になるし水槽の多様性も上がります
Skimmer off until nitrates is great advice. Also adding copepods helps fight Dino’s and improves overall tank diversity

私も同じ段階を進んでいて、忍耐強く少しずつ変えていくことを強調したいです。クリーナークルーを追加で入れてこのダサい段階を通過儀礼として受け入れました。多様性のためにコペポッド追加して、水換えはきっちりやりました。アルガは サンゴ成長のいい環境があるってことで、クリーナークルーと給餌管理でサンゴへのバランスを整えたいです。プロテインスキマーは動かし続けて、魚が食べるのが好きだから給餌をもっと増やしました lol 水槽見直したら、クリーナークルー、巻き貝、ヤドカリを追加してください。ペパーミントシュリンプだけしかいないみたいですね。
I am continuing to go through this phase as well and want to emphasize patience and making small changes at a time. I ended up adding bit more cleaner crew and let ugly phase be rite of passage. Added copepod for diversity and kept up with water changes. Algae means you have good environment for coral growth and you want to tip the balance to coral by having good cleanup crew and controlling amount you feed. I kept my protein skimmer going and fed bit more heavier since I love seeing my fishes eat lol After reviewing your tank def get cleanup crew, snails and hermit crabs. I see that you only have peppermint shrimp.
