Still working through the diatom phase but any suggestions on clearing up my water? Using floss and activated carbon.

I used a bottle of pods and that made a huge difference. I wondering it that could be a result of the pods.
Indeed.
I wouldn't raise the temp. Add galaxy pods from alge barn. PNS Probio and deepcycle to seed your microbiome. https://youtu.be/nAXkiz01ebE?si=ILcrF8ATD1hQ7_jB
I had a tank years back and I'm noticing that it's somewhat difficult to find cycled rock now days (in my area at least) with a majority of needed bio.
Keep PO4: 0.03β0.05 ppm NO3: 2β5 ppm
And try up to 3 days without light
Carbon wears out. Is it yellowish? May just need new carbon.
No yelliowish tint but I did pick up some new carbon today!
Its hard to tell from video. But if you suspect algea bloom starting id check phos and nitrates. Some alges survive without lights but if you have not corals you can try a blackout. Otherwise my advice is big dose of pods. Can't go wrong. Good for tank regardless
Loving that bow front aio tho!

May want to raise the tank temperature to 83 degrees. This helped my tank beat dinos at one time.
It has been my experience that if you raise the temp to 83 degrees the diatoms will go away in about 2 days. I just transferred my old tank to a new one and I had diatoms on my new sand bed. I raised the temperature and now the sand bed is clear.
Pods will help as well and the fish like to eat them too. Lol
