Picking up this 300g monster and bringing it back home over 2 hours away in a few weeks. Any suggestions or recommendations from the pros to try to have a smooth move and keep everything alive?

If you have any access to an oxygen tank and fish bags you can also fill the bag with 1/3 water to 2/3 oxygen, and put them in any kind of cooler (cheap styrofoam coolers work great! We use them for shipping at the store I work at) with a few hot hands packs/ice packs depending on temp as you make your way back home, the bucket option works great too but I’d say either get a power inverter for the car so you can plug in heaters and air stones or even go to the fishing section in some stores, they have battery powered air stones for bait buckets that work wonders when transferring fish, and remember oxygenation is key, the bigger the fish the more oxygen they take, the more fish there are the more oxygen they use, so separate your fish/put them together wisely! Far as that goes I’d also recommend some type of styrofoam board, plastic wrap and tape to go around the glass tank to protect it from any potential damage! You got this!
27 gallon storage container for $10 at Home Depot, just broke down a $300 and put smaller fish in gallon size bags and let the tangs and bigger fish swim in the container freely. They even stayed in the truck bed for a 45 min drive when it was 70 outside. They all live no problem. Just drain water first and scoop fish last
Holy cow. All of that setup for world’s largest leather. Haha. That’s sick setup tho. Good luck on moving it.
