I'm not sure what it is, but... If it's carpet anemone, then it may in a stress. If it's a toadstool, then it's just in a molting session.

Is it always like this? My toadstool does this from time to time. Something might have just bothered it

Toadstool does this from time to time, probably blooming for a week then molt for two weeks straight. But if it doesn't bloom at all, not even once, until 2 months in, you might want to consider its placement.

Hey @Witty_Lynx_93 that soft coral looks like it might be retracting its polyps a bit? Could be stress from light changes or maybe some water parameters shifting. Sometimes in smaller tanks like yours even small swings in alk or mag can make corals pull back. Also, with your Ocellaris around, make sure it’s not bothering the coral since clownfish can get curious with softies. Have you noticed if your flow is steady? Sometimes too much or too little flow can cause soft corals to close up. Would be cool to know your current lighting setup too because spectrum and intensity really affect polyp

It’s a toadstool, doing usual toadstool things, it’s shedding as usual. Just leave it alone and writhing 2-14 days it should be all done and out again - at least from my own experience
