O Reef2reef tem bastante aquarista de longa data que pode te ajudar com isso, tem alguns pontos positivos no reefbay, mas pra conselho eu iria no reef2reef. Jay é veterinário de aquário e ele vai te dizer o que fazer.
Reef2reef has a lot of long time hobbyist that can help you with this, there is definitely some pluses to reefbay but for advice I would go to reef2reef. Jay is an aquarium veterinarian he will let you know what to do.

Oh man that’s rough to see. Sometimes puffers are just so curious they get themselves into trouble. Fingers crossed he perks up for you!

Puffer? Não é um goby vigia? Você pode tentar medicamentos, mas é mais difícil quando você trata o aquário inteiro. Dá pra mover ele pra um aquário de isolamento?
Puffer? Isn't this a watchman goby? You can try medications but thats harder when you treat the whole display tank. Can he be moved to an isolation tank?

Beleza! Eu tentei alimentar ontem e ele pegou só um pedacinho, mas depois nada. Vou tentar de novo hoje enquanto ele estiver na caixinha pra ver se ajuda. Durante o dia ele parece ficar ok, é mais tarde à noite que o corpo dele vai de novo.
Alright! I tried to feed yesterday and he took one little piece but then nothing. I’m going to give him another shot today while in the box to see if that helps. During the day he seems okay, it’s later at night that his body gives out again

Eu odeio falar, mas parece que ele tá pronto pra ir embora. Se ele não consegue nadar, não consegue comer, é só uma questão de tempo. Talvez seja mais humano colocar ele pra dormir. Mas eu não sou veterinário e odeio dar notícia ruim pros outros.
I hate to say it but he looks like he's ready to move on. If he can't swim, can't eat its only a matter of time. Might be more humane to put him under. But im no vet and I hate giving people bad news.

Ele precisa de uma caixa maior e não tem fluxo aí. Coloca numa caixa maior de isolamento e talvez até adiciona uma pedra de ar porque não tem circulação, o que significa oxigênio bem baixo.
He needs a bigger box and there’s no flow in there. Put in a bigger isolation box and maybe even add an air stone because there’s no circulation which means very low oxygen.

Sinto muito pela sua perda, mano. É difícil mesmo. Eu tinha um flame hawk que apanhou das minhas tangs e antes de eu perceber que ele tava sendo espancado, ele já tinha morrido.
Sorry for your loss, bro. It’s tough man. I had a flame hawk that got beat up by my tangs and before I realized he was getting beat up he was dead.

Ai não! Parece que as nadadeiras dele tão tudo esfiapadas—talvez fluxo demais se ele tá preso no overflow? Ou agressão de algum outro companheiro de aquário? Com bastante cuidado e alimentação direta numa caixinha segura só pra ele—talvez as nadadeiras consigam cicatrizar. Danos na nadadeira não são permanentes, mas isso parece bem sério. Te desejo o melhor aí na recuperação do seu peixe. Eu isolaria e garantiria que ele seja alimentado, e procuraria algum tipo de remédio pra machucados de peixe, caso tenha sido um ataque recente. Vai nos atualizando
Oh no! He looks like his fins are all shredded- perhaps too much flow if he’s stuck in the overflow? Or aggression from another tank mate? With enough care and direct feeding in his own safe box- maybe the fins can heal. Fin damage isn’t permanent, but this looks pretty serious. I wish you the best in healing your fish. I’d isolate it and make sure it’s fed, and look for maybe some medicine for fish injuries in case this was a recent attack. Keep us updated
