É normal corais plate ficarem inchados assim? Já ouvi dizer que é muito bom quando eles ficam inchados, mas também ouvi dizer que isso significa que eles não gostam de onde estão no aquário. Alguém sabe a resposta de verdade? 😅
Is it normal plate corals to get puffy like this? I’ve heard it’s really good when they are puffy but I’ve also heard it means they don’t like where there at in the tank does anyone know the actual answer? 😅

Eu tenho um fungi plate laranja e, quando ele estava feliz, ficava todo inchado. Quando coloquei ele no aquário pela primeira vez, ele se mexeu. Não mexeu muito, mas foi para onde está agora. במשך meses, ele ficou todo inchado. Ele comia regularmente, fazia cocô regularmente e tudo parecia bem e então, na semana passada, ele fechou e não parece mais o mesmo. Estou só esperando para ver o que vai acontecer porque não sei o que eu poderia fazer para mudar isso. Se alguém tiver alguma ideia, me avise.
I have an orange fungi plate and when he was happy, he was all puffed up when I first put him in the tank he moved. He didn’t move a lot, but he moved to where he is now. For months, he was all puffed up. He ate regularly, pooped regularly and everything seems fine and then last week he closed up and hasn’t looked the same. I’m just waiting to see what’s gonna happen cause I don’t know what I could possibly do to change it. If anybody has an ideas let me know.

É, esse foi o primeiro coral que eu peguei e eu coloquei na areia e ele ficou ali e só continuou crescendo 😂🤷♀️ boa sorte tentando descobrir o que aconteceu! Eu não alimento o meu, ele só pega os camarões de salmoura que passam boiando
Ya this was the first coral I got and I put it on the sand and it stayed and just kept getting bigger 😂🤷♀️ good luck figuring out what happened! I don’t feed mine he just catches the brine shrimp that floats by

É, eu notei que meus corais prato ficam inchados quando estão realmente felizes e recebendo uma boa circulação e iluminação. Às vezes eles encolhem se estão estressados, mas o seu parece estar prosperando! A colocação na areia pode ser complicada, então fique de olho em quaisquer mudanças rápidas.
Yeah I’ve noticed my plate corals get puffy when they’re really happy and getting good flow and lighting. Sometimes they do shrink if they’re stressed, but yours looks like it’s thriving! Placement on the sand can be tricky so just watch for any quick changes.

É, eu normalmente coloco o meu num ponto plano da rocha para receber boa circulação, mas ficar estável. A areia pode ser arriscada porque eles
Yeah I usually put mine on a flat rock spot so they get good flow but stay stable. Sand can be risky since they

No fim das contas, ele acabou comendo areia uma vez depois que o camarão pistola cavou um novo buraco, mas parece estar indo bem 😂
It did end up eating sand once after the pistol shrimp dug a new hole but it seems to be doing good 😂

Nunca tive um coral prato. Mas, para todos os corais que eu conheço. Inchado/estendido é um bom sinal e significa que eles estão felizes e relaxados.
I’ve never had a plate coral. But for all corals that I’ve know. Puffy/extended is a good sign and means they are happy and relaxed.
