What You'll Receive
- Store credit equal to the item's subtotal (shipping excluded).

- Seller may offer a replacement on your next order (buyer covers new shipping).
Not Covered
- Missed or refused deliveries
- Packages left outside
- Carrier/weather delays
- Loss after acclimation or tank issues

Seller Standards
All ReefBay sellers must pack live orders properly:
- Insulated box with secure bags
- Correct heat/cool packs
- Overnight shipping required
If a seller doesn't meet these standards, ReefBay can step in to help resolve it.
