DOA (Dead On Arrival) Policy

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive and healthy. If your fish or coral arrives dead or severely damaged, we will replace it or provide a full refund.

DOA Time Frame

You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos showing:

  • The unopened bag with the deceased specimen
  • The shipping label showing delivery date and time
  • Close-up photos of the specimen

How to Claim

  1. Document the issue with clear photos
  2. Email us at [email protected] within 2 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and detailed description
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours

Exclusions

  • Claims made after the 2-hour window
  • Specimens that have been placed in aquarium water
  • Damage caused by improper acclimation
  • Shipping delays caused by weather or carrier issues
