Schlechte Fotos, aber kann mir jemand dabei helfen? Er frisst ganz normal, aber er wird fast ballonartig aufgebläht und ich weiß nicht, was ich tun soll?😬

Bad photos but can anyone help me with this? He has been eating like normal but he’s getting almost balloted and idk what to do?😬
