Habe ein paar Änderungen im Becken gemacht

Ich habe ein Riffaquarium mit einer orangefarbenen Bubble Tip Anemone (Entacmaea quadricolor). Das Wasser war klar und alles schien normal. Plötzlich wurde das Wasser innerhalb weniger Minuten komplett trüb und milchig weiß.

Kurz bevor das Wasser trüb wurde, habe ich eine weiße, rauchähnliche Substanz gesehen, die direkt aus der Anemone kam. Die Anemone blieb am Gestein befestigt und ihr Gewebe schien intakt.

Noch ein Detail: Diese Anemone hat sich in der Vergangenheit geteilt und sich asexuell vermehrt, meist in zwei Anemonen.

Könnte das ein Laichereignis gewesen sein, ein Abstoßen von Schleim oder etwas im Zusammenhang mit der Teilung der Anemone? Besteht eine Gefahr für die Fische und Korallen, und was sollte ich sofort tun?

I have a reef aquarium with an orange Bubble Tip Anemone (Entacmaea quadricolor). The water was clear and everything seemed normal. Suddenly, within just a few minutes, the water became completely cloudy and milky white.

Just before the water turned cloudy, I noticed a white, smoke-like substance coming directly from the anemone. The anemone remained attached to the rock and its tissue appeared intact.

One additional detail: this anemone has a history of splitting and reproducing asexually, usually dividing into two anemones.

Could this have been a spawning event, mucus release, or something related to the anemone splitting? Is there a risk to the fish and corals, and what should I do immediately?

Hallo zusammen, ich bin ganz neu in dem Hobby. Das ist mein allererstes Riffbecken. Es ist ein TMC First wave 48L (UK-Maß). Früher hatte ich Kaltwasser- und Tropenfische.

Ich habe dieses Becken am 11. Jully 2026 gestartet. Ich überlege, mir etwas schwarze PVC-Folie für die Rückseite des Beckens zu holen, die ich außen anbringen werde.

Hello all, I am brand new to the hobby. This is my very first reef tank. It is a TMC First wave 48L (UK measurement) in the past, I had cold water and tropical fish.

I started this tank on Jully 11th 2026. I'm thinking of getting some black pvc sheeting for the back of the tank, which I will put on the outside.

Warum fällt bei meinen LPS-Korallen im Video das Gewebe vom Skelett ab? Ich benutze nicht so viel Kraft. Meine Alkalinität ist sehr stabil.

Why are my LPS corals tissue falling off the skeleton in the video I’m not using that much force. My alkalinity is very stable.

Das Becken kommt gerade in die hässliche Phase und hat angefangen, Luftblasen auf dem Gestein und einige an der Oberfläche zu bekommen. Ist das normal?

Tank is entering the ugly stage and has started getting air bubbles on the rock and some at the surface. Is this normal?

Ich suche nach etwas Hilfe – ich würde gerne wissen, was dazu führen könnte, dass sich das Gewebe von der Basis löst. Das ist bereits meine dritte Torch coral, die auseinanderfällt. Meine Wasserwerte sind gut; die SPS im Becken wachsen und sind gesund, und es gibt keine direkte Rückströmung, die auf die Torch trifft.

I’m looking for some help—I’d like to know what might be causing the tissue to detach from the base. This is the third Torch coral of mine that’s falling apart. My water parameters are good; the SPS in the tank are growing and healthy, and there is no direct return flow hitting the Torch.
