Weiß jemand, wie man diese rote Alge loswird, weil ich neu im Hobby bin und ich nicht mag, wie das aussieht. Und macht das was mit meinen Korallen, weil sie gerade anfängt, auf einen Stein zu gehen, wo mein ZoA-Ableger drauf ist?
Anyone know how to get rid of this red algae bc I’m new to the hobby and I don’t like how it looks. Also will it mess with my corals bc it’s starting to get on a rock that has my zoa frag on it

Chemiclean hat mir da echt schnell geholfen, dann vielleicht noch ’nen UV-Sterilisator dazu

Außerdem Licht ausmachen und wenn du könntest deinen Tank ein paar Tage "black out" abdecken, das hilft auch

Ich glaube, das Beste wäre, das Wasser mehr Durchfluss zu geben und check deine Wasserwerte

Erhöh deinen Durchfluss, versuch Chemiclean für den letzten Ausweg aufzusparen, mach ’nen Blackout, erhöh den Durchfluss nochmal und schau, ob’s hilft.
Increase your flow, try to save chemiclean for a last resort, do a black out, increase your flow and see if it helps.

Das heißt rote Flap. Cyano-Bakterien. Kommt durch ein Ungleichgewicht in deinen Wasserwerten. Die Strömung ist gut und bei echter Notwendigkeit Chemi Clean.
Het heet rode flap. Cyano bacterie. Komt door een onbalans in je water waardes. Stroming is goed en bij echte noodzaak chemi clean.

Danke für die Hilfe, alle! Ich habe das Becken ein paar Tage abgedunkelt und das hat das Problem behoben. Der Aal hat zwar einen Clownfisch gefressen, also habe ich den anderen in ein Quarantänebecken umgesetzt, damit er nicht zum Snack wird. Mein Außenfilter ist auch übergelaufen, deshalb ist mein Becken jetzt nur noch halb voll und der Teppich trocknet gerade, also fülle ich es wieder auf, wenn der Teppich trocken ist, also in 2 Stunden. Drückt mir die Daumen🤞
Thanks for the help everyone! I blacked out the tank for a couple days and it took care of it. The eel did eat a clownfish though so I moved the other to a quarantine tank so he didn’t become a snack. My canister filter did overflow so now my tank is half full and the carpet is drying out so I’m filling it up when the carpet is dry so in 2 hours. Wish me luck🤞
