Verstanden. Ich denke, das Problem ist, dass Red Sea so einen schlechten Ruf für Tank-Ausfälle hat, dass sie manchmal keinen Kredit für ihre Ausrüstung bekommen und deshalb war ich sehr hin- und hergerissen, aber dieser Doser wurde mir empfohlen und ehrlich gesagt halte ich ihn für großartig. Er ist einfach zu wechseln, aber er macht Lärm, meine Frau sagt immer "oh, es wird gerade dosiert". Da ich nichts zum Vergleichen habe, wollte ich nur wissen, ob meiner laut ist im Vergleich zu einer anderen Marke.
Gotcha. I think concern would be Red Sea gets such a rap for tank failures, that sometimes they don’t get credit for their gear and because of that I was very conflicted, but this doser was referred to me and truthfully, I think it’s awesome. It’s easy to change, but it does make noise my wife always says “oh it’s dosing”. So being as I don’t have anything to compare it against I just wondered if mine is loud versus another brand.

Ehrlich gesagt höre ich mit einem 3-jährigen Sohn und einem 4 Monate alten Sohn nur die beiden 🤣. Ich habe ein Red Sea Reefer 525XL, es ist etwa 5 Jahre alt und hatte noch nie Probleme

Die meisten Gründe sind, dass Leute das Becken nicht ebenerdig aufstellen oder die Balken nicht abstützen, also verlagert sich das ganze Gewicht im Laufe der Zeit ein bisschen und schwupps. Ich habe viel recherchiert, bevor ich ein Becken gekauft habe, da ich etwa 30k darin habe. Wenn dieses mal kaputt geht, werde ich mir wieder ein Red Sea Plug-and-Play holen. Sie kommen mit allem, was man braucht, außer einer UV und den Dosern. Jetzt geben sie sogar die Reefmat
Most reasons are people don’t level the tank or put support under the beams so over time all that weight shifts a little and there you go. I did a lot of research before buying a tank since I have about 30k in it. When this one ever goes I will get another Red Sea plug and play again. They come with everything you need but a UV and the dosers. Now they even give the reefmat

Ich kann dazu nichts sagen. Alles, was ich weiß, ist, dass meins in Ordnung ist und andere Leute, die ich kenne, hatten keine Probleme, aber 1 und das war, weil es nicht gut nivelliert war und die Vorderseite rausgeflogen ist. Sag ihm, er soll die Gen 3 oder 1 versuchen und 20% klingt nicht richtig. Wie alt ist sein Becken
I can’t reply to that. All I know is mine has been fine and other people I know have not had issues but 1 and that was because it was not leveled good and the front blew out. Tell him try the gen 3 or 1 and 20% don’t sound right. How old is his tank

Wenn ich 10k für ein Becken ausgebe, werde ich die zusätzlichen 199$ ausgeben und mir eine 5-Jahres-Garantie mit 100% Austausch holen
If I’m paying 10k on a tank I’m going to pay the extra $199 and get a 5 year warranty with 100% replacements

Sag deinem Freund, er muss nachdenken 🤔 obwohl es nervig ist und Korallen verlieren könnte, es lohnt sich und wenn er in den USA ist und registriert hat, hätte er 5 Jahre bekommen sollen, wenn er das Becken in den letzten 3 Jahren gekauft hat, weil sie es kostenlos gaben wegen des Dichtstoff-Problems
Tell your friend he needs to think 🤔 though it’s a pain in the ass and could lose live stock its worth it and if he is in the US if he registered he should of got 5 yrs if he brought the tank in the past 3 yrs because they was giving it free because of the sealant issue

Nun, wenn du dich nicht registrierst, bekommst du nur 3 Jahre. Registriere immer jede Riff-Ausrüstung und kaufe immer die zusätzliche Garantie, wenn du High-End-Ausrüstung kaufst. Es lohnt sich für den problemlosen Fall, wenn es ausfällt oder etwas passiert. Wenn dir Red Sea nicht gefällt, Sicce steht zu ihren Produkten. AI nicht wirklich, sie winden sich aus jedem Problem über 30 Tage raus, Reef Octopus steht zu ihren Produkten und Red Sea und Eco Tech
Now if you don’t register it then all you get is 3 years. Always register any reefing equipment and always buy the extra warranty if you are buying top shelf equipment. It’s worth the no hassle if it goes out or something happens. If you don’t like Red Sea pump sicce stands on their products. AI not really they wiggle out of any issue over 30 days reef octopus stands on their products and Red Sea and eco tech

Das ist lustig, mein letztes Becken war vor 21 Jahren. Ich war damals nicht auf dem neuesten Stand bei diesen rahmenlosen Becken. Ich habe gekauft, was ich damals hatte, jetzt. Es hat einen Rahmen und eine Mittelstrebe, auf die ich gerne verzichten würde. Ich würde gerne ein drittes Licht hinzufügen, aber ein drittes Licht würde einfach ein Schattenproblem verursachen, wenn ich es in der Mitte des Beckens positioniere. Außerdem ist das Becken nur 18 Zoll von vorne nach hinten und wenn ich ein AI Blade oder sogar ein Reef Bright Strip hinzufüge, würde es viel zu schwierig, das Becken zu warten. Also habe ich eine RMS Halterung gekauft, damit ich zwei weitere XR 15 G6 Pro hinzufügen kann. Aber ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, ob ich Acroporas züchten will
It’s funny my last tank was 21 years ago. I wasn’t up to speed on all these rimless tanks. I bought what I had then, now. It has a frame and a center brace which I wish it didn’t have a center brace. I would love to add a third light, but adding a third light would just create a shadow issue if I centered it on the tank. Plus the tank is only 18 inches front to back and adding an AI blade, or even Reef Bright strip would make it too difficult to be able to service the tank so I’ve bought a RMS mounting bracket so that I can add two more XR 15 G6 Pro’s. But I’m not totally sure I want to grow Acropora’s

Er sagt, es ist keine G2. Das Becken mag drei Jahre in seinem Besitz sein, aber vielleicht nicht drei Jahre ab dem Herstellungsdatum. Ich bin mir sicher, ich bekomme die ganze Geschichte, wenn er Zeit hat.
He says it’s not a G2. The tank may be three years old in his possession, but maybe not three years old from the date of manufacture. I’m sure I’ll get the whole story when he has time.

Du kannst die Mitte von oben herausschneiden. Es dient nur zum Halten der Kunststoffleuchten, die darin passen. Ich bin wirklich nicht so in Spa, obwohl ich die Leuchten dafür habe. Ich warte noch ein paar Jahre und upgrade dann auf ein 625 725 und das wird mein letztes Becken. Ich habe verschiedene Rack Scapes alle von der Rückwand gemacht, aber den letzten würde ich in der Mitte positionieren und von dort aus weitermachen. Ich hoffe, sie machen das Glas flach an der Rückseite statt des Box Überlaufs, damit die Gyres richtig laufen
You can cut the center out of the top. It is just to hold the plastic lights that fit it. I’m not really into spa though I have the lights for it. Waiting a few more years and I’m going to upgrade to a 625 725 and that will be my last tank. I have done different rack scapes all off the back wall but last 1 I will center them and go from there. I’m hoping they will make the glass flat in the back instead of the box over flow so gyre’s will run right

Naja, mein blöder Arsch hatte einen Reaktor in meinem Kontrollpanel und natürlich platzte ein Schlauch und zerstörte meine ganze Ausrüstung. Ich kenne ein paar Leute bei Sicce und Reef Octopus und AI, also bekam ich meine ganze Ausrüstung günstig und probierte ihre Produkte aus. Aber ohne die Angebote, die ich bekam, würde ich komplett auf Red Sea gehen
Well my dumb ass had a reactor in my control panel and of course it blew a hose and fried all my gear. I know some people at sicce and reef octopus and AI so I got all my gear cheap so tried their products. But if not for the deals I got I would of Red Sea all the way
