Ich liebe Fluval, aber ihre Schläuche hasse ich komplett. Jedes Mal, wenn man nur irgendwo gegen einen Schlauch stößt, pumpt das direkt ’ne Menge Detritus in dein Becken. Hab’s satt gehabt. Bin auf Silikon umgestiegen. Der Durchfluss ist echt viel besser
I love fluval but I absolutely hate their lines. Every time you even bump a line, it pumps a bunch of detritus into your tank. Got tired of it. Went to silicon. flow is so much better

Detritus von den Kanten an der Leitung? Macht das flow-mäßig wirklich viel aus?

Pretty much. Macht eigentlich nichts, aber es wirbelt die Korallen im Becken auf, wenn es sie berührt. Und ich würde sagen, die glatte Wand hilft dem Flow ziemlich
Pretty much. Doesn't really affect anything but it agitates the corals in the tank when it touches them. And I would say the smooth wall helps the flow quite a bit

War nur so um die $22 für das Schlauchmaterial, also bricht’s zumindest nicht die Bank. Wenn du eine FX2 hast, ist es 1-in ID
It was only like $22 for the tubing so at least it doesn't break the bank. If you have an FX2, it's 1-in ID

Ich betreibe 2 Fx6’s, aber klar, wird ziemlich ähnlich im Preis sein. Gefällt dir das Aussehen des Schlauchs im Becken?
I run 2 Fx6’s but sure it would be around the same price. Do you like the look of the tube in the tank?

Ich hab den Flex-Schlauch so ca. 12 in lang gelassen, damit ich noch den Rim-Connector verwenden kann, den fluvall mitliefert. Ich hab einfach ein paar Barb-Connectoren und Schlauchschellen genutzt, um alles zusammenzubauen, aber die Leitungen sehen cleaner aus, wenn sie durchsichtig statt schwarz sind. Man sieht sie weniger
I kept the flex line about 12 in Long so I could still use the rim connector that fluvall provides. I just used some Barb connectors and pipe clamps to put it together but the lines do look cleaner having them clear rather than black. They're less noticeable
