I’m not getting much of an answer on my Facebook reef group I’m in. Anyone know what the yellow little fuzzy growth is on my Duncan?

Nimm die Duncan raus und kratz das ab. Der Duncan sieht damit nicht glücklich aus.

Ja, beobachte ihre Extension ein oder zwei Tage lang, wenn sie sich mehr zusammenzieht, ist es wahrscheinlich am besten, sie zu entfernen. Wenn du über die Basis redest, sieht es nach Blasenalgen aus. Wenn du von dem winzigen Fleck nahe dem Kopf redest, vielleicht ein Schwamm?
Yeah monitor it’s extension for a day or two, if it closes up more probably best to remove. If you’re talking about near the base, looks like bubble algae. If you men’s that tiny speck near the head, maybe a sponge?

Woher würde der Schwamm kommen? Ich tauche alle meine Korallen ein, bevor ich sie ins Becken einführe. Es ist aber heute Morgen weg. Chat GPT sagte, es könnte gewesen sein, dass ihre inneren Organe gereizt wurden oder ein Stich von den Rockflower-Anemonen, die ich am Dienstag eingebracht habe.
Where would the sponge have come from? I dip all my corals before introducing them to the tank. It’s gone this morning however. Chat GBT said it could have been its internal organs being irritated or a sting from the rock flower anemones I introduced on Tuesday.

Es ist tatsächlich weggegangen und ist nicht zurückgekommen. Ich schiebe es also auf einen Stich von den Rockflowers, die ich hinzugefügt habe, und sie beschlossen, sich wie Tumbleweeds zu benehmen.
It actually went away and hasn’t come back. So I’m chalking it up to a sting from when I added the rock flowers and they decided to act like tumbleweeds.

Keine Frage. Ich war so erleichtert. Ich habe es ehrlich gesagt völlig in Ruhe gelassen. Ich hätte am dritten Tag interveniert und es getaucht und geschrubbt, aber es wurde nicht so außer Kontrolle, dass ich das Gefühl hatte, etwas tun zu müssen. Und es ist weggegangen. Ich habe es aber wie ein Falke beobachtet.
No kidding. I was so relieved. I left it completely alone honestly. I would’ve intervened with a dip and scrub on day 3 but it didn’t get so out of control that I felt like I needed to do anything. And it went away. I did watch it like a hawk though.

Noch nicht wirklich! Ich versuche nur, auf seltsame Farbveränderungen oder seltsames Wachstum zu achten. Ich lerne gerade noch, was normal ist haha. Du?

Ich lerne auch noch! Hatte vor 7 Jahren ein erfolgreiches Becken und versuche jetzt, wieder einzusteigen und das zu befolgen, was ich damals gemacht habe, anstatt das, was neu ist. Ich glaube, es funktioniert? Lol
I’m just learning too! Had a tank about 7 years ago that was successful and trying to get back into it and follow what I did as opposed to what’s new. I think it’s working ? Lol
