Si solo buscas que se vea bien, yo solo encendería la luz mientras estés en casa una o dos horas como máximo. No tiene sentido encender la luz si no tienes nada fotosintético en el acuario.
If you're looking for just the looks, I would only run the light while you're home for an hour or two max. There's no sense in running the light if you dont have anything photosynthetic in the tank.
