He montado un acuario nuevo y he pasado todo mi coral y mis peces. Todo va bien y los parámetros están bastante estables, pero este hammar verde se ha encogido mucho. ¡Cualquier sugerencia para salvarlo me vendría genial!

I have recently set up a new tank and moved all my coral and fish over everything is doing good and parameters are pretty stable but this green hammer coral has shrunk back a lot. Any suggestions would be great on how to save it!

It thought of that but there’s not a lot of flow I have it very low I’m probably just going to keep an eye on it, it seems to have been more out during the day and doing a bit better 🤞

Sí, es un montaje nuevo, pero todo viene de mi acuario anterior. Es el único hammer que tengo en el acuario. No he hecho ninguna prueba excepto nitritos a 0, amoníaco a 0 y nitratos a 15
Yes this is a new setup but everything is from my old tank but it’s my only hammer in the tank I haven’t done any testing except for nitrite 0 ammonia 0 and nitrate 15

A los hammer les encanta el agua equilibrada. Yo mantengo los nitratos entre 15 y 20 y los fosfatos entre .15 y .20, según si los otros habitantes aguantan ese nivel alto de nutrientes. Yo diría que 10 a .1 es el objetivo, con un ALK de 9 a 10 y cal a 400 (eso es lo que me ha funcionado en mi acuario de hammer). Se nota cuando el fosfato o el magnesio están bajos: se retraen como el de tu foto. Pueden aguantar más corriente de la que la gente cree. ¡Prueba todo y asegúrate de que los demás están bien y ya verás! ¡Mucha suerte!
Hammers love balanced water. I keep my nitrates at 15 to 20 with phosphates at .15 to .20 depending on if your other inhabitants can handle that high of nutrients. I would say 10 to .1 is the goal with an ALK of 9 to 10 and cal at 400 (that’s the luck I’ve had in my hammer tank). I can tell when my phosphate or magnesium is to low, they recede like the one in your photo. They can take more flow than what people think. Test everything and make sure your others are in par and you’ll be fine! Best of luck
