¿Alguien sabe por qué mi acuario subiría aleatoriamente a los 80 cuando normalmente se mantiene consistentemente alrededor de 78? Mi calentador ha estado desenchufado desde las 3pm más o menos y ahora está a 84. También hice un cambio de agua hoy. ¿Qué hago?

Anyone know why my tank would randomly go up into the 80s when it usually stays consistently around 78? My heater has been unplugged since about 3pm and it’s now at 84. Did a water change today aswell. What do I do?

Mete bolsas de hielo en el acuario o en el sumidero, enfriará el agua... puede que necesites un calentador nuevo... o un medidor de temperatura... no te asustes...
Drop ice packs into the tank or sump it will cool the water down...may need a new heater...or temp gauge...don't panic...

Bueno, dejé el calentador desenchufado toda la noche y cuando metí la mano el agua estaba fría pero parece que todo en mi acuario está bien. Moví la sonda a ver si algo cambia, ya la desenchufé y volví a enchufar
Well I left the heater unplugged all night and when I stuck my hand in there the water felt cold but seems like everything in my tank is fine. I moved the probe to see if anything changes, already unplugged it and plugged it back in

Intenta encontrar algo en casa para comprobar la temperatura, termómetro de carne, infrarrojo o termómetro de mercurio antiguo, estoy de acuerdo con todos los demás, no te asustes, pasar cosas malas con decisiones precipitadas, sonda o calentador que se está estropeando
Try to find anything in the house to check temperature meat thermometer infrared or old-fashioned Mercury thermometer agree with everybody else don't panic bad things happen with rash decisions probe or heater going bad

Cambia tu calentador por uno de titanio y un controlador Inkbird. BRS vende uno bonito e Inkbird evitará que un calentador descontrolado sobrecaliente tu acuario. Ten en cuenta que la temperatura ambiente y otros aparatos eléctricos como las bombas pueden calentar el acuario. Pasan cosas pero ¡parece que lo atrapaste a tiempo!
Replace your heater with a titanium heater and Inkbird controller. BRS sells a nice one & the inkbird will prevent a haywire heater from overheating your tank. Keep in mind that ambient air temp & other electrics such as power heads can warm a tank. Things happen but sounds like you caught it in time!

¿Cuál es la temperatura ambiente en casa? Tu acuario va a alcanzar la misma temperatura que la del ambiente, y probablemente más aún, ya que las luces, bombas y cualquier cosa eléctrica en el acuario generan calor. ¿Está el acuario cerca de una ventana por la que entra luz solar? ¿Ha hecho más calor afuera en los últimos días? Si estás seguro de que no es el calentador, para enfriarlo como se mencionó anteriormente, mete hielo en bolsas de plástico y ponlas en el acuario. También puedes quitar la tapa si tiene una y poner un ventilador cerca de la parte superior del acuario, dejando que sople sobre el agua. Esto ayudará a enfriar el acuario con enfriamiento por evaporación.
What's your ambient temperature in the house? Your tank is going to reach the same temperature as the ambient temperature, and probably higher, as lights, pumps, and anything electrical in the tank generate heat. Is the tank near a window that is letting in sunlight? Has the outside temperature bend warmer in the last few days. If you sure it's not the heater, to cool it down as mentioned above, put ice in zip lock bags and put in tank. You can also take the lid off of it has one and place a fan near the top of the tank, and let it blow across the water. This will help cool the tank with evaporating cooling.
