Can someone please help me get these bubbles to not leak out like they are.

I need help. How can I get rid of this algae. The back wall is covered in a green algae, I thought it was hair algae but I’m unsure, and all the brown algae on the bottom. What can I do to fix this?

ID please, good or bad? It’s the first time I’ve seen him in my tank. I can tell it’s a snail of some sort. But will it harm my corals? Is it a reef safe snail?

Anyone know some of the best settings for FluvalSmart? Got a new light yesterday and trying to set it up the best possible.
