Description
The Springeri Damsel is a small, colorful saltwater fish that is popular in the aquarium trade. It is known for its bright blue body and yellow tail. This fish is native to the Indian Ocean and is commonly found in coral reefs.
Reef Safe?
Yes, the Springeri Damsel is considered reef safe. However, it may nibble on small invertebrates.
Environment
The Springeri Damsel prefers a tank with plenty of hiding spots and swimming space. It thrives in a reef-like environment with live rock for grazing. The tank should have a stable temperature, ideally between 72 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit.
Behavior
This fish is known to be territorial and may become aggressive towards other fish, especially those of the same species. It is recommended to keep only one Springeri Damsel per tank unless the tank is large enough to accommodate multiple territories.

Much more peaceful than other damsels, but can still hold its own against larger fish. Will “puff up” at nearby fish but is no real danger. Can sometimes nip at the fins of slower-moving, peaceful fish, but infrequently and not to a serious extent. Attempts to attack the toothbrush I clean his territory with. Pros: one of the few community-safe damsels, blue fish can be hard to find outside of tangs Cons: may nip fins of slow-moving fish Availability: usually available

One of the only passive damsels. As a plus they supposedly eat flatworms! A school of these would look amazing since they have such a nice color. Also cheap
