Puffer? Isn't this a watchman goby? You can try medications but thats harder when you treat the whole display tank. Can he be moved to an isolation tank?

Alright! I tried to feed yesterday and he took one little piece but then nothing. I’m going to give him another shot today while in the box to see if that helps. During the day he seems okay, it’s later at night that his body gives out again

1. Non bene oggi. Non vuole mangiare, sta perdendo ancora più pelle, quasi senza vita. Volevo prendere una piccola vasca da 5 galloni ma penso che lo ucciderà definitivamente. 2. Non sono sicuro nemmeno io, potrei considerare di vendere sia il dotty back che l'hogfish poiché entrambi sembrano piuttosto aggressivi. Semplicemente non so come fare
1. Not good today. Won’t eat, shedding even more skin, almost lifeless. I was going to get a little 5 gallon but I think that will definitely kill him. 2. Not sure tbh, might look at selling both the dotty back and hogfish since they both seem on the aggressive side. Just don’t know how

Mi dispiace dirlo ma sembra pronto ad andarsene. Se non riesce a nuotare, non riesce a mangiare è solo una questione di tempo. Potrebbe essere più umano metterlo sotto. Ma non sono un veterinario e odio dare brutte notizie alla gente.
I hate to say it but he looks like he's ready to move on. If he can't swim, can't eat its only a matter of time. Might be more humane to put him under. But im no vet and I hate giving people bad news.

Ha bisogno di una scatola più grande e lì non c'è flusso. Mettilo in una scatola di isolamento più grande e magari aggiungi anche una pietra d'aria perché non c'è circolazione il che significa ossigeno molto basso.
He needs a bigger box and there’s no flow in there. Put in a bigger isolation box and maybe even add an air stone because there’s no circulation which means very low oxygen.

Oh no! Sembra che le sue pinne siano tutte strappate- magari troppo flusso se è rimasto bloccato nell'overflow? O aggressività da un altro compagno di vasca? Con abbastanza cura e alimentazione diretta nella sua piccola scatola sicura- magari le pinne possono guarire. Il danno alle pinne non è permanente, ma questo sembra abbastanza grave. Ti auguro il meglio nel guarire il tuo pesce. Lo isolerei e mi assicurerei che venga alimentato, e cercherei forse qualche medicina per le lesioni dei pesci nel caso fosse un attacco recente. Tienici aggiornati
Oh no! He looks like his fins are all shredded- perhaps too much flow if he’s stuck in the overflow? Or aggression from another tank mate? With enough care and direct feeding in his own safe box- maybe the fins can heal. Fin damage isn’t permanent, but this looks pretty serious. I wish you the best in healing your fish. I’d isolate it and make sure it’s fed, and look for maybe some medicine for fish injuries in case this was a recent attack. Keep us updated
