最近新しい水槽を立ち上げて、サンゴと魚を全部移したんだけど、全体的には順調で水質パラメータもかなり安定してる。でもこのグリーンのハマーレコー（hammer coral）がかなり縮んじゃってる。助けになるようなアドバイスあったら嬉しい！助けてどうやって救えるか教えてほしい！

I have recently set up a new tank and moved all my coral and fish over everything is doing good and parameters are pretty stable but this green hammer coral has shrunk back a lot. Any suggestions would be great on how to save it!

水流の当たり方（流れの場所）を下げてみるのもありかも

それも考えたけど、あんまり流れがないんだよね。かなり低い状態にしてある。とりあえず様子見するつもり。日中のほうが出てるっぽくて、少し良くなってきてる感じ🤞
It thought of that but there’s not a lot of flow I have it very low I’m probably just going to keep an eye on it, it seems to have been more out during the day and doing a bit better 🤞

うん、新設だけど全部前の水槽からの移動で、ハンマーは水槽にこれ1個だけ。ニトライト0、アンモニア0、硝酸塩15しか測ってなくて、他は検査してない
Yes this is a new setup but everything is from my old tank but it’s my only hammer in the tank I haven’t done any testing except for nitrite 0 ammonia 0 and nitrate 15

ハンマーはバランスの取れた水が大好き。うちは硝酸塩を15〜20、リン酸塩を0.15〜0.20くらいでキープしてる（他の生体がそのくらいの栄養に耐えられるか次第）。目標は硝酸塩10〜0.1、ALk（アルカリ度）が9〜10、カルシウムが400かな（ハンマー水槽ではそれでうまくいった）。リン酸かマグネシウムが低すぎると、写真のあなたのみたいに引っ込むのが分かる。人が思うより水流耐性あるよ。全部テストして、他の生体も適正内なら大丈夫！うまく戻るといいね！
Hammers love balanced water. I keep my nitrates at 15 to 20 with phosphates at .15 to .20 depending on if your other inhabitants can handle that high of nutrients. I would say 10 to .1 is the goal with an ALK of 9 to 10 and cal at 400 (that’s the luck I’ve had in my hammer tank). I can tell when my phosphate or magnesium is to low, they recede like the one in your photo. They can take more flow than what people think. Test everything and make sure your others are in par and you’ll be fine! Best of luck

Mine did that too but bounced back after 3-4 days. How long has it been in the new tank?
