これはAlpheus randalli、もしくはキャンディケインピストルシュリンプだよ。趣味の人だと連れてこられないけど、商業の輸入業者なら可能ってことあるのかな？地元の熱帯魚屋さんに取り寄せ依頼ってできる？ブラジルの法律は詳しくないんだけど、僕は卸でマリンを販売してるから、できればどういう感じか知りたい！

This is Alpheus randalli or candy cane pistol shrimp. I thought a hobbyist might not be able to bring it in but a commercial importer could? Are you able to request from your local fish store? I'm not too knowledgeable about Brazilian law, but I work in wholesale marine selling, so I'm interested to know!

輸入が許可されてる生体リストがすごく短くて、残念ながらこの種類のエビみたいにハゼと共生するやつはリストに入ってないんだよね。

The list of animals alowed for the importation is Very short and this kind of shrimp that make simbioses with a goby unfortunately is not on the list

それは本当に残念だね。まだ水槽で共生関係を作れるかもしれない！ダートフィッシュは「エビゴビー」と一緒に穴（バロウ）をシェアすることで知られてるよ。2020年8月19日の『Coral』誌の記事「Playing with Darts」を読んでみて。すごく面白いし、大きい水槽を立ち上げたらきっとペアで試してみる！

That is truly a bummer. You might still be able to have a symbiotic relationship in your tank! Dartfish are known to share burrows with "shrimp gobies", you can read about it in the August 19, 2020 Coral magazine article "Playing with Darts". Super interesting and when I have my big tank set up I'll surely be attempting a pair!
