水換えしてもリン酸（phosphate）には何も効かないって聞いた

それは正しいよ。リン酸が岩（ライブロック）から染み出してる。phosguardを回して、俺にはそれだけが効いてるけど、リン酸はまだ高いよ。0.18はそこまで悪くない。サンゴがちゃんといるならね
This is correct, phosphates are seeping out of your rocks. Run phosguard, only thing that has been helping me and my phosphates are still high .18 isn’t too bad if you have a good amount of coral

Yes I run mine at .20-.30 and it is thriving,

うちのトーチはちゃんと開ききらないから、リン酸のせいかと思ってた
Yeah my torches won’t open all the way so I thought it was my phosphate
0.18はアオサ対策でもしてない限り全然OK。俺はずっと0.1〜0.2くらいで回してるけど、サンゴの色が良くなった
.18 is just fine unless you’re combatting algae . I’ve been running my tank around .1-.2 for a while and the colors of the corals are improved

うん、サンゴは大丈夫。アオサもひどくはなくて、新しい水槽あるあるのやつだけ
Yeah my corals are fine not to bad algae just the normal new tank syndrome

餌を少なめにして、餌の種類も変えて（ペレット/沈むワーファーから、軽めの冷凍やフレークフードへ）とか、もっと頻繁に水換えするか、量多めにやるかするといいよ。役に立てば
Feed less, feed different food (from pellet/sinking wafer to lighter frozen or flake food), or do more frequent or bigger water changes, hope this helps
