Phosphate Issue

I'm still very new to reef keeping. This tank is 6 months old now. I bought a bunch of live rock from the local shops sump to give me a kick start. Everything seems relatively happy. Only just realized my super high phosphate levels were coming from the frozen foods so I'm going to be straining and rinsing from now on. Current phosphates are between 0.2 and 0.4 so hopefully I can bring that down substantially. Wish me luck!

Can someone help me understand why I can’t keep nitrates up it keeps declining. Also I’m dosing 3mL daily on my 32 AIO is that enough? I haven’t done a water change in about a month phosphate is at 0.03

Relatively new to the hobby started my journey in may it's been a learning curve but enjoying it immensely.

Currently dealing with the fact i have bottomed out my phosphate

Dealing with Cyano, getting better overtime slowly after putting in chemi clean elite, dropping phosphate slowly

Dinos defeated, dosing nitrate and phosphate changed filter floss to very fluffy balks to catch it. I’m extremely happy today. Fish in a month.

How do you deal with cyano?

Can someone help me or help me create a day by day schedule to help my tank im dosing neophos and prime but my reading are

It’s only a 52L tank. I have a frogspawn(closed few days) everything else is fine 2 clownfish urchin torch and mushroom

My frogspawn corals have stopped opening up for some reason any thoughts ?

Anyone know what type of algae this is? Seems to only pop up in the front of my tank

Just a tank update. No3 down to 20, PO4 down to .6

Time to tak on thoes high nitrates and phosphates.

Haven't been doing my weekly WC and it shows.

No3 at 40, PO4 at .9 YIKES

Gonna try this Nyos Zeo for the first time.

New system has been set up for one month now and everyone seems to be settling in Po4 reading low at 0.018 and nitrate sitting at 1.13ppm. Despite thus there's a few spots of hair algae managing to hang in there
