De meeste koralen hebben meer blauw nodig, terwijl macroalgae meer rood nodig heeft. Misschien als je het wilt balanceren, probeer je hoog blauw, medium groen, medium rood, minder violet. Pas op voor diatomeeën en haaralgae door het hoge groen.
Most corals needs more blue, while macroalgae needs more red. Perhaps if you want to balance it out, try high blue, medium green, medium red, less violet. Beware of diatoms and hair algae from the high green though.

Voor een nano-setup zoals jouw Frog Kingdom, zou ik je aanraden om te beginnen met matig PAR rond de 100 tot 150 om koralen gelukkig te houden zonder ze te stresssen.
