Is this a Regular zoa or the one that has Palytoxin?

This is a ‘Magician Zoa’ which is technically a Palythoa. So yes it will have some palytoxin. I wouldn’t be too worried about it though. The rare times I’ve heard of reefers getting in trouble is sticking your hand in your tank when you have open sores/cuts. Or fragging a zoa and cutting into it and the juices get in your eye. I have hundreds of zoas in my tank and have never had an issue.

Looks like a paly to me. Zoas have smaller looking polyps but are slightly less toxic cousins of palythoas.
