Is this ick? Has like 3 or 4 tiny white dots on his head and a white patch on his side I have him separated from the tank atm

Looks to me like natural coloration. With Ick you see a lot more spots

It looks to be part of her color pattern, if you could provide a better video I could let you know for sure
