That looks like aptasia- pest! Don’t try to scrape it off, if you got it on a new frag and that’s the only one, either cover it with glue or cut that part of the frag plug off in a separate container. Breaking it in the tank will only spread little pieces of it into the tank, which will regrow as more stinging aptasia anemones
