Dropped my collection cup due to a case of the butter fingers and broke it. Did my best to superglue it back together, now let's see if she holds. I can't find a replacement cup for this skimmer anywhere, I'll have to diy one if needed.

🔔 Task Reminders Update

I just rolled out some useful improvements to Task Reminders to help make maintenance easier to stay on top of.

What’s new:

Set individual reminder times per task
Previously it was a 7am reminder which I realized isn’t very useful…

Overdue tasks show how many days past due
Miss a day or two and the task stays visible.

New task stats
View insights like average completions per month and your most productive day

The goal is to make Maintenance Reminders actually useful and help you stay consistent.

👉 Check out the upgraded Tasks Tab and let me know what you think.

Hey everyone! 👋

I’ve recently finished working on a project that might interest other reefers — it’s called the Marine Assistant Mini! 🐠

It’s a DIY add-on controller for reef tanks that gives you extra control over equipment and sensors. It’s got:

⚡ 2 switchable 12V outlets

🌡️ 2 temperature sensor inputs

💧 Float and leak sensor support

🔌 Expansion ports for future add-ons

It’s designed to be easy to build, with guides and videos to help you along the way. Home assistant is used and required.

Would love to hear what you think — always open to feedback or ideas for future modules!
