Is the rock work a good shape to cover with bubble tipped anemones?

How many lbs of rock per gallon? I've read differing things. My tank is 30 gal with 40 lbs of caribsea and actual live rock but it looks pretty rock dense

Any good ideas to build a structure I’m struggling on finding the best looking one I like
