Description
The Green Bubble Coral, scientifically known as Plerogyra sinuosa, is a popular species among reef aquarists due to its unique appearance and relatively easy care requirements. It features large, bubble-like vesicles that can expand and retract based on lighting and water conditions. Typically found in the Indo-Pacific region, this coral prefers to inhabit shaded areas of the reef where it can avoid direct, intense light. It is known for its peaceful temperament, making it a suitable addition to a community tank. However, it is important to provide adequate space around it to prevent damage from its sweeper tentacles.
