The Hammer 'Gold' coral, also known as Euphyllia ancora, is a popular species among reef aquarists due to its unique hammer-shaped tentacles and vibrant gold coloration. It's a large polyp stony (LPS) coral that adds movement and color to aquariums. This coral can extend its tentacles significantly, so it requires ample space to prevent stinging neighboring corals. It thrives in stable water conditions and can be fed with small meaty foods to promote health and growth.
