Hey Leute, Nitrit/Fisch-Cycle läuft bei meinem 45er, ist wahrscheinlich seit 3 Wochen drin. Sehen meine Wasserwerte normal aus? Die Temperatur ist ein bisschen hoch bei 80, ich stelle gerade auf 78 um. Tipps willkommen bitte.

Ich hab noch gar nichts hinzugefügt, das ist komplett neuer Zyklus. Ich hab das Gestein gebraucht bekommen und es war eine Weile draußen, also hab ich es mit Bleichmittel gereinigt, daher ist es komplett neu – außer dem Carib Sea Live Sand. Und ich glaube, wir wollen Corals wie Hammer und Mushrooms, sowas halt. Meine Frau mag keine Zoas.

Okay, das Ammoniak ist immer noch hoch. Du willst, dass es bei null ist. Außerdem ist es ideal, wenn die Nitrate zwischen 5–10 ppm liegen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Becken immer noch im Einfahrprozess und braucht noch etwas mehr Zeit. Mach weiter mit der Dosierung deiner nützlichen Bakterien und mach einen 10%-Wasserwechsel, um die Nitrate runterzubringen. Wenn du dann erfolgreich Ammoniak ins Becken geben kannst und es innerhalb von 24 Stunden weg ist, ist dein Becken bereit. Und wenn du bereit bist, Corals hinzuzufügen, willst du Magnesium, Calcium, Alkalinität und Phosphate testen. Wenn du ein Fish-only-Becken machst, sind diese Tests genauso wichtig. Okay, the ammonia is still high you want that to be at zero, plus it’s ideal to have the nitrates between 5-10ppm, in my opinion I would say the tank is still cycling and needs a little more time. Keep dosing your beneficial bacteria and do a 10% water change to bring those nitrates down. Once you can successfully add ammonia to the tank and it is gone within 24 hours your tank is ready. Also when getting ready to add corals you will want to test magnesium calcium alkalinity and phosphates if you’re doing a fish only tank then those tests are as important.
