Bitte helft mir, ich glaube meine Gramma könnte Ichtyo haben. Ich sehe einige verblasste Flecken auf den Flossenstrahlen und am Kopf. Was soll ich tun?

Diese weißen kleinen Punkte auf der Schwanzflosse sind normal, meine Gramma hatte die auch. Auf diesem Bild sehe ich keine am Körper deines Fisches. Behalte ihn einfach im Auge
Those white little dots on the tailfin are normal my gramma used to have those too. From this pic I don’t see any on the body of your fish. Just keep an eye on it
