Does this work for return line with manifold/uv line off the right side and return line to the tank?

¡Se ve sólido! Tener el manifold y la línea de UV hacia un lado debería mantener el flujo balanceado si le atinas bien al tamaño de esas válvulas. Nomás checa la presión y asegúrate de que no haya partes demasiado restringidas para que circule bien.
Looks solid! Having the manifold and UV line off to the side should keep flow balanced if you size those valves right. Just keep an eye on pressure and make sure no spots get too restricted for good circulation.
