Mi acuario de 20 galones de agua salada que acabo de montar hace como una semana tiene ahora una salinidad de 1.010; ¿cuánta agua me recomendarías cambiar para conseguir una lectura de 1.020 de salinidad? Solo tengo un camarón limpiador (fire shrimp) en el acuario y dos hermits azulados (bleu legged hermits).
My 20 gallon salt water tank that I just set up about a week ago has a salinity of 1.010 right now, how much water would you recommend to change out to get a reading of 1.020 salinity? I only have a fire shrimp in the tank and two bleu legged hermits.

Yo dejaría que el agua se evapore con el tiempo. Y rellenaría con agua salada hasta que llegues a 1.02
I would just let your water evaporate over time. And top off with saltwater until you get to 1.02
Tu salinidad debería estar entre 1.024 y 1.026 o 32 a 35 ppt. Si necesitas subir la salinidad, hay calculadoras online donde metes tus números y te guían. Si estás dispuesto/a a acercarte a una salinidad de acuario de arrecife, deberías coger una buena cantidad de tu agua salada y echarle sal en un vaso o tarro diferente, lo bastante grande como para remover y mezclar. Ve despacio con la sal hasta llegar a 1.026
Your salinity should be between 1.024 and 1.026 or 32 to 35 ppt. If you need to raise your salinity they have calculators online where you input your numbers and it’ll guide you. If you’re willing to approach a reef tank salinity you should grab a good amount of your saltwater and and salt to that in a different cup or jar that’s big enough for you to stir in some fish tank salt water. Go slowly with the salt until you reach 1.026

No tengo un acuario extra para poner mis invertebrados y no quiero estresarlos. ¿Cómo lo hago mientras están en el acuario? ¿Solo hago un cambio de agua del 10%?
