Hay un montón de ellos bailando ahí dentro. Pero el bote sigue viéndose verde clarito. Bueno... Sigamos. Faltan cuatro días más..😀
Wow..😳😳😀😀 Day 3. 8:30am. I open my pantry to see how things are going. The phytoplankton is really getting greener. I'm a little concerned with the Copepods jar. There are lots of them dancing in there. But the jar still looks lite green. Well...Let's keep going. Four more days..😀

¡Ese color verde ya se ve brutal! Las cultivos de fito pueden ser complicados, pero suena a que vas por el buen camino y tus copépodos seguro que están felices ahí dentro.
That green color is looking awesome already! Phyto cultures can be tricky but it sounds like you’re on the right track and your copepods are definitely happy in there.

Hola.. No, no en la nevera. Estoy criando este bote de 96 onzas en mi despensa. Cuando se cumplen los 7 días y el fitoplancton está listo. Entonces voy a usar 64 onzas y 32 onzas empezarán el cultivo de la semana siguiente..😀 Te lo recomiendo. Si lo necesitas en tu acuario. Ahorra un montón de $$.
Hi.. No not in the fridge. I'm growing this 96 ounce jar in my pantry. When the 7 days are up and the phytoplankton is ready. Then I'll put 64 ounces to use and 32 ounces will start the following week culture..😀 I recommend you try. If you need it in your Tank. Saves lots of $$.

Muy guay, hermano. Probablemente me haya pasado el 50% del día de hoy investigando distintos tipos de cultivos, diferentes tipos de kits de cultivo, diferentes especies de fito y intentando decidir si quiero hacer solo fito o también copépodos.
Very cool brother. I’m probably spent 50% of my day today researching different types of cultures, different types of culture kits, different species of phyto and trying to decide whether I want to do just phyto or cope pods also.

Qué bien.. Yo hice lo mismo que tú. Luego decidí correr el riesgo. Llevo 3 días y de momento todo bien. Me pillé casi todo el material en Amazon. Solo intento ahorrar algo de dinero. 🙂

He estado investigando a fondo la cepa del cultivo de qué tipo de fito combate las diatomeas y es beneficiosa para los copépodos en mi acuario. I’ve just been digging into the culture strain of what type of phyto fights diatoms, and is beneficial for the copepods in my tank. Unfortunately, not every strain you have the same success as another strain. In fact, some strains do nothing for your system. It’s a lot to know. This Secchi stick helps determine if your culture is at its optimum strength.
